Abertay - Completion of Student Accommodation in Dundee
Clare Communications organised a completion event for the £19m new student accommodation known as Opal 1 in Dundee on behalf of their client, Ocon Construction, a specialist in student accommodation schemes.
The building comprising 498 en-suite bedrooms, was completed on time and to budget. 
Former World Champion long distance runner, Liz McColgan MBE, unveiled a plaque at the new student accommodation scheme to commemorate its official completion on Friday 17th September 2010 followed by a formal lunch organised by Clare and her team.
